HOME!!!

We made it home…and have been suffering from outrageous jet-lag. I woke up from my first night at home with an elephant sitting on my chest, and made a trip to the local urgent care finally. Bronchial asthma, they tell me…so I have meds. And they are working! I am gaining back higher brain functions! I had managed to get photos transferred from the laptop to my home computer and had got them all turned the right side up…so as I regain my energy, I will continue to update the blog with pictures, commentary and links…we collected some great stuff.

The best part of the trip home was they bumped us in Heathrow…instead of flying to San Francisco, they rerouted us to Chicago…and gave each of us an $800.00 voucher to make up for the change. So we have air fare for our next trip! YIPPEE!!!! Oh, our luggage did manage to go to SF AND beat us home by an hour or so…
